Using CO2 supercritical fluid extraction technique to make matrine powder. Its characteristic is that the matrine was dry slices, and then these slices will be crush to 40-80 meshes. Then the meshes are put into the extraction kettle which is full of CO2 . The pressure in the extraction kettle is controlled in 20-30mpa and the temperature is controlled in 30-40 ℃, and the time is controlled in 40min-1h.Then, the content of the matrine powder will be less than 50% through 2 times separating by the separator and drying.
